We'll come to your home, remove whatever has got in, check that nothing is still watching, and change any passwords that need changing. If your bank needs to be told, we'll help you do that too.

What it costs

Simple prices, agreed before we start

No call-out fee. You'll hear the price and say yes before any work begins.

  • Home visit

    $120 first hour

    Then $60 per extra half hour, only if you agree first. Most visits are done in the first hour.

  • Seniors Card or pension

    $110 first hour

    Just show your card.

  • Phone or online help

    $59 up to 30 min

    $89 for up to an hour, for quick things that don't need a visit.

See all prices, plans and gift vouchers. Weekends and after 5pm add $50. If we can't make anything better, you don't pay for the visit.

Things people ask us

  • Should I call the number on the pop-up?

    No. Never. Real warnings from your computer never ask you to phone anyone. Close the lid or turn it off, and call us.

  • Someone from 'Microsoft' phoned and I let them in. What now?

    Turn the computer off and call us. We'll clean it, change your passwords with you, and help you contact your bank if money was involved.

  • Do I need to buy antivirus software?

    Usually not. Modern computers come with good protection built in. We'll make sure it's turned on and working.

  • Will you judge me?

    Absolutely not. We see this every week, and it happens to very capable people.
