Not sure what to get? Give us a call before you go shopping. We'll ask what you use a computer for and suggest something sensible. You don't need the most expensive one on the shelf, and we don't sell computers, so the advice is honest.
The day we set it up
We bring the old and the new computer side by side, move everything across, and check it all arrived. Then we set up your email, your printer, your Wi‑Fi and your favourite websites, and make the screen easy to read.
Before we leave, we make sure you can find your photos, open your email and print a page. And we wipe the old computer if you'd like, so it's safe to give away or recycle.

No call-out fee. You'll hear the price and say yes before any work begins.
Home visit
$120 first hourThen $60 per extra half hour, only if you agree first. Most visits are done in the first hour.
Seniors Card or pension
$110 first hourJust show your card.
Phone or online help
$59 up to 30 min$89 for up to an hour, for quick things that don't need a visit.
See all prices, plans and gift vouchers. Weekends and after 5pm add $50. If we can't make anything better, you don't pay for the visit.

Can you move things from a very old computer?
Almost always, yes. Even if the old one barely starts, we can usually get your files off it.
Will my new computer look the same as my old one?
We'll get it as close as we can, and show you where anything different has moved to.
What should I do with the old computer?
We can wipe it properly so your information is gone, then it's safe to give to family, sell, or recycle.
