What it costs

Simple prices, agreed before we start

No call-out fee. No surprises. You'll always hear the price and say yes before any work begins.

  • Home visit

    $120 first hour

    Then $60 per extra half hour, only if you agree to it first. Most visits are done in the first hour.

  • Seniors Card or pension

    $110 first hour

    Just show your card. Everything else is the same.

  • Help over the phone or online

    $59 up to 30 min

    $89 for up to an hour. For quick things that don't need a visit. If it turns out you do need one, we'll say so.

  • Peace of Mind plan

    $399 a year

    Two home visits a year, unlimited phone questions, and you go to the front of the queue. Or $45 a month.

  • Three-visit bundle

    $330 saves $30

    Three first-hour visits, used whenever you like. Never runs out.

  • Gift vouchers

    Any amount

    Perfect for a parent or grandparent who "doesn't want a fuss". Call us and we'll post or email one.

  • Weekends and after 5pm: add $50.
  • Same-day visit: add $49.
  • Further than about 25 km from Southern River: add $30.
  • Parts, if any are needed, are extra. We'll always tell you the price and let you choose before buying anything.
  • Refer a friend and you both get $20 off your next visit.
  • If we can't make anything better, you don't pay for the visit.

    No. We come to you, and everything stays exactly where it is.

  • What will it cost?

    A home visit is $120 for the first hour, then $60 per extra half hour if you agree to it. Seniors Card holders pay $110. We'll confirm the price before any work starts, and you decide. No surprises on the day. See all prices.

  • Do I need to know what's wrong?

    Not at all. Describe it in your own words, like "it's gone slow" or "a box keeps popping up", and we'll work it out.

  • What if it can't be fixed?

    We'll tell you honestly, explain why in plain English, and go through your options with you.

  • Can you help over the phone?

    Sometimes, for quick things. Give us a call and we'll tell you straight away whether a visit is needed.
