What happens when we visit
We sit down with you at your own computer, in your own home. You tell us what's been happening in your own words, and we have a look. Most slow or misbehaving computers can be put right on the spot.
Before we do anything, we tell you what we've found and what it will cost. You decide. Then we fix it, and show you what we did so it makes sense.
Windows or Mac, laptop or desktop
We work on all of them. Older machines too. If you've got a laptop that's been in the cupboard for a year, or a desktop that's been playing up since the last update, we can help.
If a computer really is past it, we'll say so honestly and talk through what a sensible replacement looks like. We can also set up the new one and move your photos and files across.

No call-out fee. You'll hear the price and say yes before any work begins.
Home visit
$120 first hourThen $60 per extra half hour, only if you agree first. Most visits are done in the first hour.
Seniors Card or pension
$110 first hourJust show your card.
Phone or online help
$59 up to 30 min$89 for up to an hour, for quick things that don't need a visit.
See all prices, plans and gift vouchers. Weekends and after 5pm add $50. If we can't make anything better, you don't pay for the visit.

Do I need to bring my computer anywhere?
No. We come to your home and fix it there. Nothing to unplug, nothing to carry.
How long does a visit take?
Most visits are about an hour, which is $120. If something needs longer, like a big update or a full clean-up, we'll tell you before we start, and extra time is $60 per half hour only if you agree.
Will I lose my photos or files?
We take great care with your things. If any job carries a risk to your files, we'll explain it first and back them up before we touch anything.
Can you fix a computer that won't turn on?
Often, yes. Sometimes it's a simple fix. If it's not, we'll tell you honestly and go through your options.
