No call-out fee. You'll hear the price and say yes before any work begins.
Home visit
$120 first hourThen $60 per extra half hour, only if you agree first. Most visits are done in the first hour.
Seniors Card or pension
$110 first hourJust show your card.
Phone or online help
$59 up to 30 min$89 for up to an hour, for quick things that don't need a visit.
See all prices, plans and gift vouchers. Weekends and after 5pm add $50. If we can't make anything better, you don't pay for the visit.

Usually, yes. It takes patience and a few steps, and we'll do them with you.
Is it safe to write passwords down?
A notebook kept at home is far safer than using one password everywhere. We'll show you how to do it sensibly.
Can you stop the rubbish emails?
We can cut them down a lot, and show you how to spot the dangerous ones.
