Most printer problems come from a setup that was never quite right. We connect the printer to your Wi‑Fi properly, add it to every computer, phone and tablet in the house, and print a test page from each one before we leave.
We'll also write down which ink cartridges it takes, so you're not guessing at the shops.
Honest advice on old printers
Some older printers stop working with new computers and phones, and no amount of fiddling will change that. If yours is one of them, we'll say so, and help you choose a simple replacement that will just work.

No call-out fee. You'll hear the price and say yes before any work begins.
Home visit
$120 first hourThen $60 per extra half hour, only if you agree first. Most visits are done in the first hour.
Seniors Card or pension
$110 first hourJust show your card.
Phone or online help
$59 up to 30 min$89 for up to an hour, for quick things that don't need a visit.
See all prices, plans and gift vouchers. Weekends and after 5pm add $50. If we can't make anything better, you don't pay for the visit.

Do you sell printers?
No, and that's on purpose. We'll tell you what to look for, you buy it wherever suits you, and we set it up.
Can you make it print from my iPad?
Yes. Printing from phones and tablets is one of the most common things we set up.
Why does my printer say it's offline?
It usually means it has lost its connection to your Wi‑Fi or computer. It's a quick fix once we've found which one.
