A phone out of the box is set up for a 25-year-old. We make it work for you: bigger text, a simpler home screen, the people you call most right at the front, and the things you don't need tucked away.
We'll go through the basics with you as slowly as you like, and leave written steps for anything you want to practise.
Moving to a new phone
Your contacts, photos, messages and apps can all come across from the old phone. We do the move for you, check everything arrived, and make sure the old phone is wiped before it goes anywhere.

Simple prices, agreed before we start
No call-out fee. You'll hear the price and say yes before any work begins.
Home visit
$120 first hourThen $60 per extra half hour, only if you agree first. Most visits are done in the first hour.
Seniors Card or pension
$110 first hourJust show your card.
Phone or online help
$59 up to 30 min$89 for up to an hour, for quick things that don't need a visit.
See all prices, plans and gift vouchers. Weekends and after 5pm add $50. If we can't make anything better, you don't pay for the visit.

Can you help with both Apple and Android?
Yes. iPhones, iPads, Samsung, Google, and the rest.
My phone says the storage is full. Will I lose my photos?
No. We'll make room safely and make sure your photos are backed up first.
Do you fix cracked screens?
No. We don't do physical repairs, but we'll point you to a good repair shop and help you set things up again afterwards.
