Simple to use, not just set up
Plenty of people have a smart TV they only use for the news, because the rest is too fiddly. We set up the apps you want, take away the ones you don't, and write down which buttons to press to get to your programs.
Working with your Wi‑Fi
Streaming needs a decent Wi‑Fi signal where the TV is. If it keeps stopping to buffer, the fix is often the Wi‑Fi rather than the TV. We check both and sort out whichever is the problem.

No call-out fee. You'll hear the price and say yes before any work begins.
Home visit
$120 first hourThen $60 per extra half hour, only if you agree first. Most visits are done in the first hour.
Seniors Card or pension
$110 first hourJust show your card.
Phone or online help
$59 up to 30 min$89 for up to an hour, for quick things that don't need a visit.
See all prices, plans and gift vouchers. Weekends and after 5pm add $50. If we can't make anything better, you don't pay for the visit.

Do I need a special subscription?
Not for the free ones like ABC iview, SBS On Demand, 7plus, 9Now and 10 Play. We'll set those up. Paid ones like Netflix need an account, and we can help you sign up if you want one.
My TV isn't a smart TV. Can I still stream?
Yes. A small streaming box plugs into almost any TV. We'll suggest a simple one and set it up.
Can you make it so my partner can work it too?
That's the whole idea. One remote, clear steps, written down.
